Woman was God’s final creation...the pinnacle of His perfect work in Genesis. Unique and highly valued by God, we are emotional, physical, and spiritual beings. And because of His great love for us, He wants the very best for us. But since The Fall in the garden, anxiety, pain, and spiritual apathy have entered our lives affecting us; mind, body, and soul. So how do we equip ourselves for the mental stress, physical changes, and spiritual adversity that we face over our lifetime as women?

Join us for “Divine Design,” an inspiring and encouraging day of championing women as Biblical teachers and Christian medical professionals (all female) will be speaking on the Christian approach to women's wellness for every age.  God designed our bodies and He provides what we need to keep us mentally, physically, and spiritually healthy.

We will be discussing topics that churches usually avoid:

• Mind: Stress, anxiety, negative self-talk, brain fog, and overall mental health

• Body: Sexual intimacy, postpartum, hormones, painful sex, leaking, peri and menopause, minimizing the risk of falling, discovering foods your body needs, and maintaining strength and flexibility

• Soul: Prioritizing God in an ungodly world. Fighting against spiritual apathy, busyness, and becoming overwhelmed by the anger, negativity, and depravity of our current culture that we face everyday.
