Vision

"And she shall be called…Woman"  Genesis 2:23

Woman was God’s final creation... we are fearfully and wonderfully made. Unique and highly valued by God, we are emotional, physical, and spiritual beings. And because of His great love for us, He wants the very best for us. However, since The Fall in the garden, anxiety, pain, and spiritual apathy have entered our lives affecting us; mind, body, and soul. So, how do we equip ourselves for the mental stress, physical changes, and spiritual adversity that we face over our lifetime as women?

We all know that being a woman is not easy; God made our bodies to change, not just monthly, but over our lives as well (think postpartum and menopause!) We mentally juggle work, home life, and emotion, and through it all, God calls us to display the fruit of the Spirit. It can be overwhelming and exhausting.

But remember, God created our amazing female bodies, so let’s keep Him at the center of any discussion about it. He also made us strong, adaptable, and resilient. With Him, we are able to do so much more than we think is possible.

So join us for “Divine Design,” an inspiring and encouraging day of empowering women as we bring Biblical teachers and Christian medical professionals (all female) who will be speaking on the Christian approach to women's wellness for every age.  God designed our bodies and He provides what we need to keep us mentally, physically, and spiritually healthy.

The enemy wants to isolate us and keep us struggling all alone, but we will be shining the Light on topics that churches usually avoid.

We will hear from an OB/GYN, pelvic floor physical therapist, registered dietitian, personal trainer, physician assistant, licensed marriage and family therapist, and nurses. They will share crucial information in their area of expertise on how our bodies change and what to expect as we age.

They will also answer questions you submit anonymously, and, best of all, offer solutions and tools to help. Break out groups will be tailored to your specific age group (18 - 39, 40- 59, and 60+).

So don’t just survive, thrive! Discover how small changes can make a big difference and learn to age well, as God intended, as we honor Him through our health.

“Beloved, I pray that in every way you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers.”

3 John 1:2
